In the early 1980s when I-10 was built through Phoenix,
C.F. Shuler, Inc. developed the colorful, water efficient landscape concepts still in use today. Through further refinement the concepts became more efficient to meet southern Nevada water restrictions in the 21st century.

We have experience in all types of roadways from interstate highways to residential streets, bus and passenger facilities, light rail and airport terminals. Various projects have included corridor studies, visual assessment, concept development, public involvement, design guidelines, design management, landscape and irrigation design, revegetation, integrated art, bridge aesthetics and wall graphics.
